Associated Reserve Planners USA StandardsAssociated Reserve Planners adheres to Generally Accepted Reserve Study Principles and Generally Accepted Reserve Study Standards issued by the International Capital Budgeting Institute (ICBI).  These represent the only professional level reserve study standards issued.  ICBI is an internationally recognized, indpependent standards setting orgaization.  The ICBI standards committee that developed these standards consisted of sixteen individuals from six countries representing every stakeholder group within the community association industry.  As a result the ICBI standards developed by this diverse mix of professionals satisfy the multidisciplinary objectives of all parties and are the most comprehensive standards issued.
