Lynn's background is unique with lengthy periods of experience on both sides of the property table as a producer and as planner/financier. This professional blend of business background, coupled with 4 years community and HOA property management provides experience and insights invaluable in his reserve study inspections and finished reports. Mr. Sallee holds the RS designation from Community Associations Institute and the PRA designation from the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts.
Lynn served the condo and HOA communities in St. Louis for 4 years as a property manager and reserve study provider. Mr. Sallee has managed as many as 15 communities and 2900 condo and HOA units at one time. During that time, he created Asset Guardians, LLC a reserve study company, and New England Reserve Studies after relocating to Boston.
As a 40+ year, seasoned veteran of multi-disciplined construction and real estate projects Mr. Sallee is skilled in the following areas: Permitting, estimating, scheduling, field supervision, problem-solving, negotiations, preparation of technical documents, RFP’s, RFI’s, contract documents, close out sequences and other project related functions. He is computer literate and uses MS Project, MS Office, Excel, Timberline Estimating, Micro Soft PowerPoint, Quicken, GPS surveys and several auto cad design programs.
