Leys company waterproofed the many decks and balconies on a Carmel CA home above Tehama Golf Course for a famous previous mayor of the town, waterproofed the Tiger Pool at the Oakland Zoo and installed new traffic coatings on a multi-million dollar set of condos in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

As the technical rep for Kemper, he oversaw Kaiser Hospital roof rehab projects in Sacramento and Woodland Hills, new custom homes in Maui Hawaii and waterproofing systems under tile at Salesforce Tower in San Francisco for WeWorks tenant improvements.
