Born and raised in Colorado, Josh Diner has over 27 years of diverse experience in customer service, management, operations, and sales leadership. Starting in the grocery industry, Josh spent a decade honing skills in customer service and management. Transitioning to the construction materials distribution sector, Josh excelled in operations leadership and sales for 13 years. As Director of Sales Development, Josh is a key player at Westcoat, where he has provided growth in territory sales, transitioned into sales leadership focused on territory sales and sales development since joining Westcoat in 2021.
With specialized skills in waterproofing, building envelope, stucco, stone, and resinous floor coating, Josh brings a wealth of expertise to the construction materials industry. His professional philosophy centers on a solution-first selling approach, providing quality service and products that can be trusted.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family, camping, snowboarding, and participating in sports.
