He has unique experience in that in addition to the RS credential he is an FMP (Facilities Management Professional, a designation conferred by IFMA, the International Facilities Management Association), a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and RRC (Registered Reserve Consultant, a designation conferred by the Budgeting Professional Credentialing Board).
